I used to have AI but don't have it any more. I now use Inkscape. However, although I am able to open and work with general graphic AI files in Inkscape I was wondering if it is possible to open and work with a pack of pattern files. For example normally you get 4 or 6 patterns on one file and in AI you would be able to use and extend the patterns you wanted to the size you would like. Can I do this in Inkscape.
