2 animations (SMIL)
2 animations (SMIL)
http://kaioa.com/svg/armyofclonesani.svgz (1,905 bytes, Opera/Batik)
http://kaioa.com/svg/demoo.svgz (2,689 bytes, Opera)
Both were created... well, drawn... in Inkscape and animated manually with a text editor. The second one doesn't work in Batik. I'm not really sure if it's my fault or Batik's.
Firefox4 should support declarative animation as well.
edit: I also did the pixel font you can see in the second one.

Re: 2 animations (SMIL)
well, i were about trying to convert them to swfc (swftools) but i couldn't understand what defines them as animation, and how can i see them as animation (on Linux)
Re: 2 animations (SMIL)
1. Stuff like: <animateTransform attributeName="transform" attributeType="XML" type="translate" from="-3.027,-26" to="23.118,-26" dur="3s" repeatCount="indefinite"/>
2. Use Opera.
2. Use Opera.
Re: 2 animations (SMIL)
That is awesome! Any chance you could put a quick tutorial up on the animation portion?
Re: 2 animations (SMIL)
That's very kewl. I wish more browsers had better support for this stuff so more of it existed.

FF3 is worse than FF2. About half of my SVGs are broken now. :/
