The second cursor is animated - the glowing turns on and off. Strangely whilst these look exactly as they should in XP, Vista adds a grey effect to the blue glow which is really annoying. I'm not a fan of the help cursor and I'm not sure what to do for the wait cursor - I don't want an animated hourglass.
