Lookin' for a wife

Hello inkscapers,

I've just finished my next artwork created in inkscape 0.46........I give the name for it "Lookin' for a wife"
I hope one day, I could get married with a great wife. Amien :D

I like it, but the lips look a bit... female to me. Not sure how to improve that, though, and it could be my color-blindness affecting my perception so do get a 2nd opinion :-)

I always found comic books a good reference for lips. In comics, men's lips are normally the same colour as their skin. Men's lips are also not normally outlined completely. When lips are too defined they do come across as feminine.

I agree with nils and microUgly. The portrait looks a bit strange. Don't outline too much. In addition, the nails and eyes are problematic.Try to simplify the portrait - it will improve the overall look.
