Can anyone help me? I had Inkscape 0.46 installed on my old Vista laptop but it broke recently. I got a new Windows 7 laptop and I want to install Inkscape 0.46 as it works with another cutting program I have. (0.47 won't work right with it.)

I am a newbie to the Inkscape forum and I'm very confused. I looked though the files in the download section but can't figure out which 0.46 file to download that will work on my Windows 7 computer.

If anyone can take a look and post a link to the correct file, I would really appreciate it.

Also, are these zip files? Will Winzip work to unzip the installation file? And once I unzip the file, what is the file name that I click on to install the program?
