"Find" function?

Postby tymbusku » Tue Jul 17, 2018 4:42 pm

Hi everyone,
I am new to Inkscape, and I have a question that I hope has not already been asked and answered (if it has I couldn't find it). I am trying to use the find function in order to select all of the polygons in an image that have the same fill color. Is the find function the way to do this, and if so how? I cannot figure out what to type into which field in the find box.
Thanks ALL !

Not sure what polygons in an image means in that context though. Or do you mean the eyedropper tool to select any color from an image?
