Hi,
sorry, noob here. Can't figure out how to change resolution.

I had raster image 5000 x 4000 something pixels. That i converted to vector and i can see i have good quality vectors.
Unfortunately when i save to svg or raster, then the quality is absolutely the worst that i have seen.
It scales or resamples the image up from raster 5000 x 4000 to 30 000 x 24 000 pix.

EDIT
I found out the raster image overlapped the vector. All good now.

I feel, quality of raster images are far away from Vector image. I also found a video reference which gives depth insight about raster graphics and vector graphics.
