Ok so I just got inkscape and I figuerd out how to work it and every thing but. I can figuer out how to upload it to photobucket. I save it to my pics folder but when I go to look for it so I can upload it, it doesn't show. Help?

Erm, what format are you saving it to? Because if it is SVG (default format) then I don't think Photobucket supports it.

Try exporting the image as a PNG from Inkscape by going to File -> Export Bitmap.
