Up until today, I haven't had this bug, but now it is happening constantly.
Every time I do "Ctrl-V" (Or select 'paste' from the edit menu) the program gives me a C++ error and closes. I found this: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/226259 But it is jibberish to me (sorry) so I don't know what i have to do to fix the problem.
I'm sure restarting the computer might help, but it's makes more sense to me to find the solution, not work around the problem.
Thanks!
Megan
Program crashes with Ctrl-V?
Re: Program crashes with Ctrl-V?
TMP and TEMP are environment variables that define the path to folders where applications can store temporary data.
If this information is meaningless to you, you'll need to tell us exactly what operating systems you are using so we can provide specific instructions (i.e. Windows XP or Windows Vista).

Did you made a new account and are you not logging in as the administrator now?
Re: Program crashes with Ctrl-V?
Hmm... I think I kind of get the IDEA of what it means, but it would be better if you tell me, lol.
I'm running Windows Vista (ugh, not by choice!).
