I read a couple other topics on this subject but am not totally understanding what they're saying.

I have an .eps file that I want to import into Inkscape.

It didn't work so I installed posttoedit, ghostview, ghostscript, imagemagic

And it still didn't work.

Do I need to go into the program files in inkscape and do something? How do I get Inkscape to open these files?
