Hello, I'm Dusan from Serbia. I'm a leader of Astronomical group in my school. I need a small help from you. I want to make a logo for our group, but I have same problems with text.

I want to make round logo, and text on the borders. Like this image, for exemple:



I don't know how to put my text to be semi-circle... Can anybody help me?

Draw the semicircle. Write the text. Select both, and do "Put on Path" (on the Text menu). You may need to adjust the kerning of some letters manually to improve the appearance.

Type your text, draw a circle that is a bit smaller than the logo circle, select them both and use the option in the Text menu: Text > Put on path
