This extension take the top level selected element and get -and remove- his filter or live effects to aply to current layer.
All elements draw in this layer now has this effect. blur layers, negative layers....
And whith Live Effects, have a problem, you cant aply more Live effects to individual elements. But i release because is useful for made a layer to skech whith a sketch live effet.
Live effects is only apiled to selected elements and futuere elements, filters to all.
It has a option to unfilter/unliveefect current layer.
