Transform selected objects individually

Postby lyckantropen » Wed Mar 23, 2011 11:47 pm

Hi

I would like to see a feature now available only with the clone tool. Suppose I select multiple objects and scale them in an "individual mode". Then the scale would not affect the whole selection, but rather all selected objects individually, just as if I were scaling the original in a clone array.

In my case I import SVG's (exported by Mathematica) which contain data points. Right now I'm not able to resize the points (in the number 300 or more) if I decide they are too big or too small.

This would be solved also if I could make a selection of objects into an array of clones, which can't be done right now.

Maybe there is an extension which does exactly that, but I havent found it. In this case I'd be happy to know :)

Regards,
Karol

This can be done in 'Object > Transform… > Scale' by activating
[x] Apply to each object separately
