I may regret asking this, but I'm curious why the change from "dark Alice" to "dirty Alice"? No reason, just curious.

Also, one comment on the shading/highlighting. I see something which seems inconsistent around the chest area. On her chest, we see the brightest highlights, while the um, bazooms should realistically show the brightest. I think even if the light source was horizontal and in front of her (light from the left), which would maximize the light on the chest, some would still strike the top of the, you know. But with the light coming from behind her (from the right), the chest should be darker than the top of the, you know..

Unless I'm missing something. Which given my experience compared to yours, I probably AM missing something. But on Dark Alice, the highlights seem more as I would expect. I don't know if you made a change, or if it's more of an optical illusion with the lighter background?

Anyway, just a couple of thoughts :D
Nice colors, btw!

I changed the title to "dirty" purely because blood stains on her, and I didn't really feel she was "dark". "Gritty" might have been another word I could have used.

You're correct that there is a lighting issue I hadn't really noticed myself. The shadow indicates that the light is coming from the viewers right, whilst the highlights (most noticeable on her boobs) suggests its coming from the left. This was present in the work-in-progress shots. It's a mistake I made because the first thing I do when colouring is to create a base gradient that creates shape--I wasn't thinking of it as lighting.

I'm glad you pointed this out. It's something I need to keep in mind in the next colouring.

Hm. From the technical standpoint, it looks good to me (I didn't notice the lighting issue), but from a design PoV she simply has too much boob. Doesn't fit with the slender / elvish face, and I can't imagine how she manages to stand upright. :p Anyway, nicely done, however.

Big breasts aren't really my thing either, but in this drawing they make her look less innocent and less like prey--she's more dangerous than the Alice we know.
