Equal Circle Segments

Can I divide a circle into equal segments for creating fractions?

Yes. The easiest way would be to just make a new circle for each fraction and to set the angles for each one at the top in the ellipse tool's toolbar (if you're thinking of cake-piece like circle parts).
Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!
