Recently, when i try to open Inkscape, it has been coming up with this error message, and I can't get in. The odd thing is that this only happens sometimes, and other times I can get in perfectly fine. Anyone know what this is?

This looks like it might be a software issue, but there are some things we need to know.
1. What operating system do you use?
2. Is there a recognizable pattern to this behavior, for example: does this happen when you launch Inkscape from a short-cut, or only when you right-click an image file icon to open the file in Inkscape?
3. What version of Inkscape are you using?

Your screenshot looks like it could be a windows error pop-up, but it would be helpful if you gave us a bit more information.
