Hi,
I'm very new to inkscape and have been messing around with it to create some graphics for a website I built for a non-profit. I really like the program but one thing I can't figure out is exported images so they don't look pixelated. I've tried all sorts of stuff in inkscape and Gimp but can't get them right. The sight is http://www.daikaijo.org. Check out the logo in the header and the nav bar. I'm sure I'm missing something fundamental.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Pixelated Images
Re: Pixelated Images
It actually doesn't look that pixelated - although I think the detail in the logo brings out the effect you are finding yourself sensitive to. It does look a little off but I would not have noticed had you not pointed it out.
It may not be anything your doing - it may simply be the method that Inkscape uses to apply antialiasing. I think the only way we will know is if you post a copy of the SVG file online so we can have a play.
