I am saving my inkscape document as a pdf and when I openthe pdf it opens in acrobat but the sides are cut off. Anyone know how to solve this?

Hhhm.... One reason could be that the entire image is not inside the page border, in Inkscape. Or if I recall, there's a small dialog when you Save As PDF, which asks about the export area. Even if part of the image falls outside the page border in Inkscape, you could choose "Export area is drawing" and you should have the entire image in the resulting PDF.

There could be some other issues too, so if that info doesn't help, let us know, and we'll try again
