Any body having scaling problems with version .92 when opening DXF files in sheetcam I had to go back to .91 to make things work properly.

No problem here, but I've mucked about with my system quite a bit.

What units are you using? Any chance you are using a custom default.svg for new documents, or starting from an earlier document?

Please upload a test svg document. A simple rectangle will work.

Were you opening an image you made in 0.91 or earlier, when you noticed this? Or is that a new image, which you made entirely in 0.92?

Starting with 0.92, Inkscape's native DPI is 96. In version 0.91 and earlier, it was 90. So if you made the drawing in 0.91 and earlier, and you opened with 0.92, it's not the right size anymore. If this is what happened, you would have seen a small dialog when you opened the image, asking if you want to scale the document as a whole or scale the individual elements. That's what would fix the problem.

Meh, not always. I have quite a few files from before the change that don't trigger the dialog.

Interesting. Do you mean that you haven't saved them using 0.92, and they still don't trigger it?

So far, all my old files are giving that dialog (and it's starting to annoy me!).

That's correct. Some earlier version documents saved with display units other than px will not trigger the popup.

Has that been reported? Or is it how it's supposed to work?
