From what you can read here you need to install Apple´s developer Tools Xcode: https://inkscape.org/de/release/0.92.2/ ... cports/dl/
a 5.3GB chunk of tools.
Why not take the former version of Inkscape as a simple drag&drop install dmg? https://inkscape.org/de/release/0.92.2/mac-os-x/
Which still needs the X11 environment which needs to be installed first.
Just a suggestion.
