Hi.

When searching for the string in this posts subject field for existing bugs I find some bugs, some are fairly old.

Not sure to post another bug report about this. What differs from other similar bugs is that I've just upgraded* from Inkscape 0.48+devel r12217 to Inkscape 0.48+devel r12832, where Inkscape sudddenly would not remember the main window position on exit (or maybe won't read when start, what do I know?).

* When I upgrade Inkscape, I get the latest version from hereand extracts the files directly into the Inkscape install dir and overwrites all files.

Just for checking, but we aware that those files correspond to the incoming v0.49 version, which still is in development

By the way, the Gradient mesh works for your in the last file? It was working for me in a previous development version, but on the newest doesn't work
