This is scan from my photo using http://www.autotracer.org/, 256 colors, background removed.

How would I fill blank areas within apple automaticaly , either with expanding existing vectors to fit neighbours or filling blancks with new vectors ?

A solution would be to run another tracing with one scan and use that as a backdrop to the current result.

If each piece is a independent object (or you manage to get them into separate objects) and assuming all objects is within one layer, my suggestion is as follows:
  • Make a new layer. The new layer should be below.
  • Duplicate all objects and move the duplicates to new bottom layer.
  • Hide top layer.
  • Select all objects that you want to fill out the blenks between, Select :tool_tweak: (Important thing before using :tool_tweak: is to actually select those objects you want to be affected)
  • Set tool mode to "Shrink objects, with Shift enlarge"
  • Enlarge the objects of choice
  • View top layer.

Another solution, that worked very well for me came from Ragnar.

To get rid of the white stroke do as follows;

Select all objects; CTRL + A
Ungroup; SHIFT + CTRL + G (do this several time until there are no more groups. Check the status line at the bottom of the main Inkscape window)
Duplicate all objects; CTRL + D
Change all selected objects to paths; SHIFT + CTRL + C
