dc means inkscape desktop area

Oh sorry, I just now realized that you posted in Programming subforum. I can't help with that at all. I only know Inkscape using the gui, and nothing about code. But someone else should be along who can help

It would be great but I don't think there's an easy one.
Otherwise it would have been extracted as external DLL for svg rendering (which some of us expect for a long time)
