The SCALE team has announced a logo contest for our 2012 conference, and we would like to invite the Inkscape community to participate. The winning logo design and theme will be used for our conference t-shirts, tote bags, and other materials at our 10th annual even in January 2012.

In addition to having your design included in our materials, you will receive a flight (with in the continental US) and hotel stay at the LAX Hilton, so that you may attend SCALE 10x and see your logo in action.

SCALE, the Southern California Linux Expo, is a community and volunteer run Linux and open-source conference held annually in Los Angeles, CA. January 2012 will mark the 10th annual SCALE conference.

We hope to see you at the event in January.
