Create a complex polygon that saves as Lineon

I am trying to create complex polygons(maps) for the Smartboard software called Notebook. It requires that the SVG be saved with simple strait line, non-relative Lineto commands (example: L93.85 6.16 L94.34 6.65 L95.66 7.22). My question is whether it is possible to create and save in inkscape (or any other app) with that sort of code? :tool_pen:
