Is it possible to put pictures on path ? Like i do with text?

I know it`s not a Inkscape related question but i can`t find any usable SVG forum.

You mean so the picture distorts to the shape of the path? The answer to that is 'no'.

If you mean like what is called "inline graphic" in other packages (QuarkXPress, Freehand...) that would be interesting ! In Freehand for example you can copy or cut any graphic and paste it at a letter emplacement inside a text line, even if thes text follows a path. Afterwards you can apply to it what function you would apply to text (italic, move from the baseline, kerning...)

If anybody knows the svg code to introduce it Inkscape that could be very useful !

You can do this with Inkscape. You just can't do it using raw SVG.
