FHMC exercise in paths
FHMC exercise in paths
To complete this tutorial I need to place the Fuji mountain top over the text. But, I am unable to move it correctly: the white top keeps going under the letters. So, I move it up, without results. Then I do a "move down" with the letters; again the snow goes under the letters. This last move ought to be simple but it doesn't work. Now I know that I miss a step; what could it be?

Have a nice day.

The Inkscape manual has lots of helpful info! http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/

Re: FHMC exercise in paths
The message is probably from having no text written in the message. Not a problem at this point.
Some issues:
The image in your file is "linked" to a location on your computer. The linked image would usually need to be uploaded with the svg file or embedded in the file. Also not a problem at this point (for me), since I have replaced the image with a downloaded version.
There does not seem to be a "snow peak" trace in the file, so I can't recommend a solution other than to trace the mountain top again and give it another try.
