I`m searching the link to the german keyboard and mouse reference.
The english version is here:

AFAICT there is no German version of the 0.48(+devel) mouse and keyboard reference (see inkscape-docs > keys).

In Inkscape's source tree [1], there's an old html version which hasn't been updated since it was committed in January 2007: change log, download doc/keys.de.html

The current documentation and translation files are managed in the project '"Documentation management tools for Inkscape" (inkscape-docs). For additional information, see also the pages for translators in the Inkscape wiki: Translation information.

If you are interested in contributing a translated version, you might subscribe to and ask about details on the 'inkscape-translator mailing list (very low traffic).
