feature request for Right-to-Left texts

Hello and thank you for Inkscape!

I've just upgraded from 0.91 to 0.92.1
and
I've this right-to-left problem.
look at this first attach. the text in the canvas is wrong (words are misplaced, which is a very common form of mixing right-to-left with left-to-right).

The fix is, I have to do this manually every time to make it look right:

Can't we have two additional buttons or a checkbox in "Text and Font" panel next to alignment buttons, for doing this automatically ?
it will become very handy for us right-to-left users.

If this feature just needs to add a direction="rtl" attribute to the <svg:text> element, it could be done fairly trivially with an extension, which would likely get you a workable solution faster than waiting for a button in the main program (if you can find someone to write the extension, of course).

That said, it's probably still worth submitting a feature request to the Inkscape bugtracker (see https://inkscape.org/en/contribute/report-bugs/), as posting here won't get it seen by many developers.

FWIW, there is work in progress on an existing RTL bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1653234

I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1

Thanks for the link! It's a shame that I've just reported a duplicate :oops:.

But

I see the feature is added in the trunk and hopefully becomes available in the next release. so Hooray!
New interface is nice btw.
