Hello,
I decided to learn more efficiently Inkscape and to make some tutorials.
I think that it could be good, to get some done from other tools like Photoshop, Illustrator,... and port to Inkscape. Then we could compare and show we can do all with Inkscape
I tried to do this one and get it done : http://www.photoshop-plus.co.uk/2011/12 ... on-design/
Not written 100% yet but done.
Do you think this could have interest or there is already enough Inkscape tutorials, covering most important features ?
Regards

Re: From .... to Inkscape
There are indeed plenty of Inkscape tutorials around the 'net. But I don't think there can be too many . And especially if I understand what you mean.
But I'm not sure if I understand exactly what you mean. Do you mean that you want to use tutorials written for other graphics programs, and create the same image with Inkscape? I think it would be very helpful to have tutorials that would show the Inkscape equivalent of other graphics tools -- especially Illustrator! I have seen some tutorials like what I think you're describing, but when someone posts a message asking for guides to help ex-Illustrator users transfer to Inkscape, I can never find them. I think those would be very useful

Re: From .... to Inkscape
The original tutorial creator I gave link of, agreed on the fact for me to do with inkscape, keeping the information from source/rights, what is normal. So I'll write it today and post here to get first feedback of my FIRST tutorial
