The vanishing clipped group

Postby Espermaschine » Fri Nov 27, 2015 4:59 pm

Happened to me the second time with different projects.

The stripes at the bottom are a clipped group. Next i was working on the text with the Bend LPE and when i zoomed out my stripes were gone.
I can still see the path in outline mode, but i dont know how to reactivate.

So instead i made another striped and clipped group, but the first one should still be there.

I need a rescue mission !

Just wondering why don't you use a fill pattern for that.

Anyway, checking the file.

It says group of 0 objects, clipped in layer 1.
Seems there is nothing to be recovered.

I tried. Looked crap. Finding the right pattern is no fun. Etc.

Okay, from now on im the Boolean Magician :(

EDIT: i know what happened: i deleted nodes of the stripes accidentally and since the inbetween paths were a LPE, everything was gone :x
