Font local in Inkscape directory? (Google-Webfonts)

Hello!

I have a web application for converting the SVG to PDF. Moreover app starts inkscape by command line. Besides a Webfont is used (http://www.google.com/webfonts/).

In my case it is not possible to instal these Font in Windows. My application host at a provider. At the web server I have no authorisation to instal fonts. Can I place these Font locally in inkscape dir?

As fas as I know, you can't install fonts into Inkscape. Inkscape uses font that are installed on the system. But others with more technical knowledge might know some alternatives.
