Wow, that's exciting! It probably hasn't been released, but I don't know for sure. You could check the google+ for Inkscape (link in my forum signature) for more info. I don't know if it's been reported there or not, though. Beyond that, there's an IRC channel, and of course the development mailing list. http://inkscape.org/mailing_lists.php?lang=en

I found that one : inkscape with cyhon binding
This is inkscape with python binding for pyink plugin.
Pyink is a scene editor, which provides a Flash-like interface fo us to compose a multi scene SVG file which can be used by the MadButterfly in either C or nodejs binding.
