Not a valid XML file

Postby lunoob » Wed Nov 19, 2008 1:26 pm

Hey, Y'all!

I'm kinda new. I had this error type message when I opened Inkscape, running the stable version, but it didn't give me trouble that I noticed, as I haven't dabbled in XML editing. But I DL'ed & compiled the SVN version, (which ROCKS!! OMG!!!) and I still get this same error thingy.

I'd like to know if there's something I can (or should) do about this.

TIA!

I think you can delete that file and it'll be recreated... you might like to make a copy of first, just in case.

Thanks!

I'll try renaming it with a ~ or something and see if that works. ;)

I had the same issue, I followed the path to the file, then deleted the file.

That stopped the pop-up window. 8-)
