i am new in inkscape community and i wonder if this is the right software to create billboards (4 meters x 3 meter).
as far has i read in this forum, the adviced dpi should be around 20.
what others parameters should i care for? And colors or flie format?
well, i would a appreciate some info about this specific matter

Hi.
Most probably the printer will tell you the file requirements.
Dpi only matters if you export the result to a raster image, or if you use filters.
Other solution would be to save as pdf.
It has some limits though, but the best solution you can get.
Also the printer will likely need a file with cmyk colour profile.
