Nice looking teddy bear 
The only thing id change is the shape of the mouth, make it a bit more round at the corners

ive been in touch with an arty friend of mine about this drawing and its shading ive included the improvements hes suggested aswell as rounding the mouth

Cute Nice work on the shadow.
One thing I would suggest trying is tweaking the stroke. I think a standard stroke is a little boring so if it was my bear I would convert the stroke to path then change the shape and thickness of the outline in some areas.
