Hi,
I have created several figures, each of which include LaTeX font labels. When I open these figures in Inkscape I want to leave these fonts alone. I do not want to edit any text. However, when I import my figures, the only Text Handling option available is "Import text as text". Since I have no choice, I select this, but it changes the fonts into something else. How do I open my figures in Inkscape without changing the way the text looks?

Do you have the required fonts installed on your computer?
If you do, they shouldn't change when imported. If not, then
Inkscape will replace them with what it guesses is a close match.
