Shortcuts won't open folded panels

Hi everybody!

I have an issue about the panels shortcuts:
I use Ctrl+Shift+A to open the "Align" panel, o Ctrl+Shift+F to open the "Color" panel, this works fine when the panel are closed, but if the panels are minimized/folded, they won't show again. So I have to close them and then the shortcuts will work again.

This issue happens to someone else?

My os is Ubuntu 14.04 x64, and the behaviour is present since a lot of inkscape versions ago.
