Strange Snap-to-guide Behaviour

Postby shawnhcorey » Fri May 02, 2008 3:49 am

I have just installed Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron) on my old PowerBook G4 and was experimenting with Inkscape 0.46.

I created two guides, a vertical one and a horizontal one. I then drew an oval and grab it with the Selector :tool_selector: As I moved it pass each guide it would snap first to the leading edge, then the middle, and then the trailing edge. But when I tried to get it to snap to the middle in both directions, it ends up a little off: http://www.magma.ca/~shawnhcorey/Screen ... kscape.png

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?

But why does the middle snap to the guides individually but not when you try to do both at once?
