For sure people may have close contact with actual Adobe Illustrator users may listened something about Scriptographer

the only issue is these scripts being made in Java language, and specificly to Adobe Illustrator - how hard could be recoding them for Inkscape/Python?

Scriptographer looks pretty cool for Illustrator users. I wouldn't assume it would be an easy task at all to create something similiar for Inkscape.

Note that it is JavaScript, not Java (very different).
