Problems with texts in Jessyink

Postby procastino » Sun Jan 09, 2011 8:44 pm

I write this as a question and as some help if someone has found the same issue as me, I've been trying to do a presentation using Jessyink (great, great tool, by the way!!) and texts didn't appear when I opened my presentation in the browser (Chrome). After some struggle, I found out that the texts that didn't appear were the ones that I wrote drawing a text box, the ones that I wrote just clicking once with the text tool appear correctly on the presentation. Also, if I turn texts into paths they appear correctly, but I don't like doing that because of later editions of the presentation.
Anyone had the same issue? Any different solutions?

See earlier topic Simply writing.

You can convert flowed text into regular text (once the text flow is as you need it) with menu 'Text > Convert to Text'.

[Edit]See also Hannes' answer to this question in JessyInk's 'Answers' Section at Launchpad.[/Edit]
