I am having an issue that cropped up all of a sudden. I have been using inkscape to import pdf files of graphs to create figures. Earlier the thickness of lines in graph would not change but now when I resize the graph size and make it small the lines become thick and bold. This is screwing up the entire formatting of my data which is at a critical stage. I am attaching an image as an example.
The graph on left is before when everything was alright and now upon import it looks bold as represented on right side. Any suggestions welcome.
Thank you,
Gaurav.

If you want the line width to transform with an object, you must toggle on this option using the icon that is in the Tool Controls when the Select Tool is in use.
Re: Sudden issue with imported pdf files
Thanks for the quick reply Lazur. It fixed the issue. I had never explored the buttons next to Affect and hence was not aware of it. Will never forget the affect tabs. Thanks again.
