[solved] Overlapping transparancies

Attached is an svg with two partly transparent groups. If you overlap them, then the transparancies affect each other. Is there a way to avoid this?

You mean, if you overlap the green group over the blue group you don't want to be able to see the blue through the green?

There is no feature that allows this. What you need to do is create a third group that is pure white and align it beneath the green group. And then you can group them together and overlap it over the blue one.
