Change bezier shape from "Triangle in" to "None"

Postby strudles114 » Wed Mar 14, 2018 3:00 am

I've tried to find a way to do this, but can't figure it out. If I create a path using the bezier tool and it is set to "Triangle in," is there a way to change the path to a "None" shape so that all parts of the path are the same thickness? In other words, I am switching between None & Triangle in for a project I'm workin on, but keep forgetting to change back to None when I don't want Triangle in. So far I've just had to delete that path and start over in Shape>None mode. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

The Triangle In is implemented as a "Power Stroke" live path effect (LPE). You can remove the effect by selecting Path > Remove Path Effect, but you'll probably also need to right-click on the Fill colour in the bottom left corner of the program and select "Swap fill and stroke" (or just clear the fill and set the stroke).

If you use other LPEs as well, you can remove just the Power Stroke one from within the Path > Path Effects dialog.
