Hello!
First of all, apologize for my english and also if this is not the proper place to post this thread, I'm new here.
I'm a high school teacher in Galiza (Spain) and I'm trying to do a inkscape mini-course for my pupils, for which I would like to use many of the tutorials and screencasts that can be found here, translated to our own laguage, Galician. I think I know that this can be done, but I want to confirm it and thank every body that shares their knowledge here.
Later, I'll start with technical questions.
Thanks!

Re: Permissions for tutorial
Most of the tutorials that you come across are created under a creative commons licensewhich I do believe means that you are free to adapt the tutorial to your specific language. But to be on the safe side you should contact the author of the tutorials to see if it is ok.

Re: Permissions for tutorial
All the ones bundled with inkscape itself are GPL, so feel free to do as you will with those. If you translate them, please send copys back, we're always happy to have a bigger range of languages.
Anything by me your free to use. again, if you can post links somewhere for the wider web audience, that'd be great.
As capnhud said, other ones that do not explicitly state a license you should really check with the individual author of.
Cheers

Re: Permissions for tutorial
Thanks, of course I'll credit authors and send back whatever I'll do. This site has been very helpful to me and I'd love to give back a little bit of what i've received.
