Is there any plan or chance to see an Export to FXG feature ? In order to convert the produced SVG file to an FXG file that can be used in FlashBuilder project ?

There is no such plan. If you want any feature implemented, the first step is to file a feature enhancement request to the tracker.

Just was searching about FXG export for Inkscape. Would be great to implement those functionality. SVG support is deprecated since flex SDK 4, so no native way to make flash games or media with open source software now.
