[solved] Force icon theme to use the one installed in user config folder

Postby pegasusearl » Sun Feb 12, 2017 2:58 pm

excuse me, so I installed an inkscape icon in ~/.config/inkscape/icons/icons.svg it was working properly. Then I change gnome icon theme which has an inkscape icon. I wan't to use the icon which is in ~/.config/inkscape/icons/icons.svg but it keeps using icon that used in my gnome theme.
I cannot find inkscape icon in my gnome icon directory to delete it.
How to force using icon from ~/.config/inkscape/icons/icons.svg?
Thank you

Can you go through the tests done here:
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=31621
to find out if your issue has the same reason as is given by su_v at the bottom of the thread?
