I run Inkscape on Win 7.
I have a simple drawing, a rectangular 50 x 60 mm.
I saved it as png and pdf file.
1. With the png export function
2. With Cairo png
3. With pdf save function
I have a Ricoh s/w laser printer.
I have not been able so far, to print out the rectangular in exact 50 x 60 mm. Printouts are always smaller.
Document setup is DIN A4, so print borders are not relevant.
I tried with png exporting function different setups, e.g. page, drawing.
What do I wrong?

More info needed... what size is the Inkscape page? (document properties)

Printing from pdf... did you use the "actual size" setting?

the inkscape page is A4.
Printing PDF seems now ok.
More important is png because I want to make a jpg and import in to a word document (word 2003).

SVG printout is exact 50 x 60 mm.
Main problem is png printout after export png or
save with Cairo png.
Here, the pic is smaller.
I need png to transform to jpg (by paint.net) and import to a word document (Word 2003).

Probably the program that you display the png with uses a different default resolution than Inkscape.
What's the ratio between the two sizes?
