Very simple trick that I found.

It will make borders crispy, perhaps usefull for drawing cookies....

Nicely done, but you can do it without the filter. Do the path function first then under extensions add nodes and then jitter nodes. This will keep the object small (notice the huge bounding box you get from applying the filter).
