Hi dandeliondream, welcome to our forums!

I'm afraid I don't know the solution to this, but didn't want your question to go unanswered. I know that if you split your SVG into 2 separate docs, you could convert them into 2 separate PDFs. But I don't know how to get them together in the same file.

A while back, I found some PDF help info, like FAQs or something, but didn't save the links. But you can open a PDF window, go to the Help menu, and follow links from there, and find help with Adobe (because that's how I found it). I'm thinking your answer would best be found with Adobe, unless someone else replies here (since it's been a couple of days already, that might not happen).

I do remember a recent topic where the person wanted to do the opposite (3 SVGs into 1 PDF). Maybe the response to that question can help lead you to your own answers? (but maybe not?)

If you still can't figure it out, please feel free to reply again, and I'll do some searching (and next time, I'll be sure to save the links :-P).

No problem, thanks for your reply.

I've tried exporting the image to Openoffice.org word and export them as two PDF pages. Hope newer version of inkscape can have this function.

I export to PNG and use a a program called posterazor to split it up; usually into rather more than two pages in my case.
